How does the complimentary consultation work? We would love to get to know you as a couple and discuss your wedding or event requirements in further detail. Through a complimentary meeting we look forward to hearing what you have in mind for your special day, as well as discussing the coordination process and answering any questions you may have.
What’s your pricing structure? We start with a flat fee for the full service planning and coordination package. We also have a coordination only package which is costs less. Travel fees may be charged for travel more than 75 km.
How early do we need to book you? In a typical year, we book most weddings 12-15 months before the date. However, we’ve planned a wedding in one month and we’ve worked with couples up to 24 months before their date. You don’t want to wait until the last minute and feel overwhelmed, but you also don’t want to be planning for too long.

Where does most of your business come from?
Referrals are huge in this industry. I get a lot of leads from other vendors such as photographers, DJ’s, florists & videographers that I’ve worked with. I am also referred by several beautiful venues in KZN. Past clients will also refer friends & family to me which is such a compliment. I do get occasional bookings from marketing online.
